Refund Policy

At Bytepal Solutions, we strive to deliver exceptional IT services that meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for services provided by Bytepal Solution Pvt Ltd (India).

1. Fixed Price Projects

For fixed-price projects (website development, app development, etc.):

Initial Deposit: Non-refundable once project work has commenced
Before Work Begins: Full refund available if requested before any work has started
After Project Initiation: Refunds calculated based on work completed and approved milestones
Final Deliverables: No refunds after final delivery and client acceptance

2. Milestone-Based Payments

For projects with milestone-based payment structures:

Each milestone payment is non-refundable once that milestone is completed and approved
If project is cancelled mid-milestone, charges apply for work completed up to cancellation date
Unused milestone payments may be refunded at our discretion

3. Subscription Services & AMC Plans

For recurring services and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC):

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; no refunds for partial months
Annual AMC contracts are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase
Within first 30 days: Pro-rated refund available minus any services already provided
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

4. IT Services & Technical Support

Hourly services are billed for time worked; no refunds for completed hours
Support packages are non-refundable once services have been rendered
Unused hours in prepaid packages may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus a 20% administrative fee

5. Software Licenses & Antivirus Solutions

Third-party software licenses and antivirus solutions are non-refundable once activated
Refund requests must be made within 7 days for unused licenses
Refunds subject to third-party vendor policies

6. Cancellation Process

To cancel a service or request a refund:

Submit a written cancellation request to support@bytepalsolutions.com
Include your contract/invoice number and reason for cancellation
Allow 5-7 business days for review and response
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
Processing time: 7-14 business days
Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days
International transactions may take longer
Refund confirmation will be sent via email

8. Exceptions & Special Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Client-caused delays or non-cooperation
Changes in project scope after agreement
Failure to provide necessary materials or access
Services rendered as specified in agreement
Violation of Terms of Service by client

Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Bytepal’s discretion.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a charge or have concerns about services provided, we encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unresolved disputes will be handled according to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
